My husband and I chose Taylor Rental Party Plus for our rustic September wedding. From the first phone call with Bret, we knew that they were going to take good care of us. Not only did Bret see our vision immediately, but he was also able to bring it to life! From the sailcloth tent with wooden posts, the whiskey barrel bar and dessert table, the long family style dining tables, the beautiful lighting and chandeliers, and the burlap table runners; everything was more beautiful than we could have imagined. On the days leading up to our wedding, Taylor Rental was available for any last-minute changes and questions we had. The setup process went smoothly, and the guys were very professional! I used Taylor Rental in Orange this past month and the event turned out great!! The event was in New Haven, the item needed arrived on time. Wedding emergency: at the last minute we needed to rent 80 white chairs and utility tables. Ken and his friendly, competent staff had it all, did it all on time, sent equipment in perfect condition, picked everything up at our convenience, didn't raise an eyebrow at last-last minute changes. The receptionist made me feel as if she were our party planner, it was that easy.

I did some research online and decided to pay a visit to Taylor Rentals in Orange to speak with someone about rental items for my upcoming wedding. I walked in and was greeted by Ken, and quickly realized that I was in great hands with him. He provided me with a catalog of all their items (with pictures and pricing) which made it incredibly easy to decide which patterns/varieties worked best. I took the catalog home and returned a couple weeks later with a complete list and just a few questions. Within ten minutes, Ken had secured everything I needed, answered all questions and made me feel completely confident that they were going to take care of everything. And they did! Everything was delivered as expected, on time, and they couldn't have been easier to work with. We had to call the week of the wedding to add another tent due to impending weather and Ken took care of it without batting an eye. On top of that, we frantically called the day of the wedding to ask for walls to be delivered and installed on our tent because of the last-minute threat of rain, and they had the job finished within two hours of our call! If you have any concerns or emergencies, they are above and beyond willing to help you out and make sure that everything ends up exactly as it should. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Our company handled the day of coordination for a wedding last month. We communicated with Kelly the week prior via email for the delivery and installation appointment, she was a pleasure to coordinate with and very helpful. Artie, Killian and Romero installed the tent and delivered the chairs. They were very polite and professional. Our clients were very specific on their tent location and these three gentlemen were accommodating and patient to help us pinpoint the location just right!

I just used this company for my wedding, and they were great. My venue required very specific wording on the certificate of insurance, and they were super helpful and patient in getting me what I needed. They also were really helpful when I needed to add more tables to my contract to prepare for rain only a week before the wedding. Great service.

I rented a Bobcat front loader from Taylor, a couple of summers ago, to prep a site for a shed. The pricing was good on the machine, so I decided to rent from Taylor. They delivered the machine early and spent time explaining how everything worked. The gentleman that dropped it off was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. Since this was a weekend rental, he offered a telephone number for support in case I ran into any difficulties.

The machinery was in good working order. No problems with any functionality. It performed all that I asked of it and more.

They came right on time Monday morning to retrieve the Bobcat. All I had to do was hide the key for them and they took care of the rest. Billing was easy as can be, and other than signing a form at drop-off, all done via phone.

I have a few more projects coming up where I will need to rent equipment, and based on my previous experience, I won’t hesitate to rent from Taylor for those jobs. Top notch company, friendly staff and great service!

Taylor Rental was great. They did a site visit and helped me determine what I realistically needed for my wedding without trying to sell me extras. Rented a tent in case of rain and fortunately the weather was perfect, but the tent was great anyway for a break from the sun. Would definitely use them again.

We recently held a wedding for 170 guests in Madison, CT and had Taylor Rentals provide a tent, tables & chairs, bar equipment, and linens. We had an amazing experience working with them. They were flexible, efficient, fairly priced, and provided great customer service during the entire process. I think we changed our order about 10 times before all was said and done and they worked with us the whole way. The event went off without a hitch and the tent looked great!
